Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for predicting and evaluating the adhesion of combustion ash in a coal-mixed combustion boiler using biomass as renewable energy, wherein: a sample obtained by mixing biomass with coal, which is the main fuel of the coal-mixed combustion boiler, at a predetermined addition ratio, is ashed to prepare test ash; the test ash is sintered under combustion temperature conditions of the coal-mixed combustion boiler to produce sintered ash; the sintered ash is applied to a ratra tester 15, and the degree of agglutination is determined from the ratio obtained by dividing the weight of the sintered ash after the test by the weight of the sintered ash before the test; and the adhesion state of the combustion ash in the coal-mixed combustion boiler is evaluated in advance, on the basis of the degree of agglutination.
