Abstract:
A method for preparing 5H-cyano-imido stilbene, comprises: reacting carbamazepine of formula (II) used as dehydrating agent with bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate of formula (III) in organic solvent for 1-30 hours at 20-150oC, and obtaining 5-cyano-imido stilbene (I) after the post-treatment of the reaction solution. The scheme is shown as below.
