Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing a catalyst for the suspended-bed-based hydrocracking of a poor-quality residual oil. By means of a sol-gel method and a hydrothermal method, and taking FeCl3·6H2O and Fe2(SO4)3·xH2O as inorganic iron sources and cheap wood chip powder as a templating agent, a high specific surface area mesoporous γ-Fe2O3 catalyst suitable for a suspended-bed-based hydrocracking reaction of a poor-quality residual oil is prepared. A γ-Fe2O3 material having a mesoporous structure, a high specific surface area and a high pore volume is prepared by using cheap raw materials and using a simple and green synthesis process. The catalyst has a good application effect in a suspended-bed-based hydrocracking reaction of a heavy oil when used in a smaller amount, and has a good commercial and industrial application value.
