Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a conjugated polymer film layer, and a light emitting diode, display device and solar cell comprising the conjugated polymer film layer. The method for preparing a conjugated polymer film layer according to the present disclosure comprises: preparing a fibrous conjugated polymer; and preparing the conjugated polymer film layer by using the fibrous conjugated polymer. Because the fibrous conjugated polymer has a certain length and orientation, and has improved electron mobility in the dimensional direction thereof, the carrier mobility of the conjugated polymer film layer can be improved.
