Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of cyclic carbonate ester preparation, and relates to a method for preparing a cyclic carbonate ester using a circulation loop gas-liquid contact process. According to the present invention, by means of a circulation loop gas-liquid contact process, a coupling reaction is performed at a specific reaction pressure and a specific reaction temperature by taking an "electrophilic-nucleophilic" dual-function system as a catalyst and carbon dioxide and alkylene oxide as raw materials, so as to efficiently prepare a cyclic carbonate ester. The present invention overcomes the defect in the prior art that the reaction rate declines sharply after the conversion rate of alkylene oxide reaches a certain level. The benefits of the present invention are: improving the efficiency of preparing the cyclic carbonate ester by means of coupling of carbon dioxide and alkylene oxide, having an industrial application value, and providing a continuous preparation process so that the production is more efficient.
