Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry, and specifically relates to a method for preparing fosfomycin trometamol, the method comprising the following steps: 1) adding fosfomycin diamino butantriol to methanol, dropwise adding acetic anhydride or propionic anhydride at room temperature, stirring and reacting same, and removing the methanol to obtain a white solid; and 2) then adding absolute ethanol to the obtained white solid, and cooling and filtering same; and washing same with ethanol, and vacuum drying same to obtain the fosfomycin trometamol. The method for preparing the fosfomycin trometamol provided by the invention uses acetic anhydride with a cheap price and a low toxicity as a raw material, has a low cost, produces fewer of the three wastes, has a lower pressure for environmental protection, and has a high yield, is simple and convenient to operate, and is suitable for industrial production. The preparation method of the invention does not require a cryogenic ion exchange column. Fosfomycin diamino butantriol and acetic anhydride are reacted at room temperature, and therefore, the reaction conditions are mild and the energy consumption is low.
