Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing functionalized polyethylene wax comprising the steps of: (a) stirring and pyrolyzing polyethylene, which has a melting point of 110℃ or lower and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) of 10 to 15, at 445℃ to 455℃; and (b) cooling the product in step (a) and then reacting same with a functional monomer, wherein the stirring is performed at 25rpm to 45rpm.
