Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing laninamivir. A one-pot method is used to synthesize a laninamivir intermediate compound (5) from compound (4); and the reaction is mild and rapid, and the next reaction step may be carried out after simple post-treatment to finally obtain the laninamivir. This method saves energy, reduces pollution, has a simple operation, is low in cost and is suitable for industrial production. The yield of the laninamivir intermediate compound (5) is 87% or higher, and the yield of the finally prepared laninamivir is 85% or higher.
