Abstract:
A method for determining an inter-segmental marker of a lung and a method for preparing a quantified lung segment model. The method for determining an inter-segmental marker comprises steps of: (1) performing CT chest venous venography and high-resolution thin-layer scanning on a lung under examination; and performing three-dimensional reconstruction and other operations on an original image; and (2) determining an identifiable anatomical structure marker and a boundary line on the surface of the lung, and using the structures as reference points to measure a relative positional relationship between an inter-segmental position of each lung segment on the lung surface and the identifiable lung anatomical structure marker, calculating a length proportion thereof on an anatomical marking line by means of big data, so as to determine the position of an inter-segmental marker. The method is adopted to enable accurate determination of the positions of inter-segmental markers, and to quantify abstract inter-segmental planes in order to guide a surgeon to perform accurate segmentectomy. A lung segment model is further prepared, such that the surgeon can easily observe the anatomical structure of lung segments before surgery. The invention has potential for widespread application.
