Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of textile auxiliaries and fine chemical engineering, and provides a method for preparing a paste for textile printing, comprising: mixing and adding Tara gum, guar gum, tamarind gum, and guar bean gum in a reaction kettle; adding oily emulsified paste, uranyl sodium acetate, and a rheological modifier; adding a chelating agent, a defoaming agent, and a solvent; then adding bactericide; cooling the resulting mixture to 40°C; adding a neutralizer to neutralize, then adding deionized water and stirring at high speed for aqueous dispersion; and adding a hydrophilic chain-extending agent and stirring at a constant temperature for 3 hours to obtain the paste. The paste does not interfere with fixation of a dye into fibers, the printing patterns are exquisite, the quality is excellent, and the cost is low.
