Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for preparing a perovskite compound and a perovskite photoelectric device comprising same. A method for preparing a perovskite compound according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a metal halide-ligand solution containing a divalent or trivalent metal cation and a monovalent anion; and preparing a perovskite compound, represented by the following chemical formula, by mixing the metal halide-ligand solution, a metal oleate solution containing a monovalent metal cation, and a halogen donor, wherein the halogen donor is a solution containing a halogen anion: [Chemical Formula] ABX3 (where A is a monovalent metal cation, B is a divalent metal cation, and X is a monovalent anion.)
