Abstract:
A method for preparing a polymer material/graphene nanocomposite material by means of in-situ reduction during continuous mixing and an application thereof, relating to the technical field of polymer materials/graphene nanocomposite materials and preparation thereof. The apparatus used is water-assisted melt-mixing and extrusion apparatus. According to the method for preparing a nanocomposite material, graphite oxide powder is placed in deionized water, and ultrasonic dispersion is performed to obtain graphene oxide (GO) suspension; by means of a metering pump, the GO suspension is injected into the polymer material melt in an extruder from a water injection port for mixing; water has the effect of promoting separation, dispersion, and in-situ thermal reduction of GO; a polymer material/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nanocomposite material is finally prepared. The RGO in the prepared nanocomposite material is separated and dispersed well, the degree of reduction of the RGO is high, and the present preparation method is easy to operate and non-toxic, and does not make any surface modification on GO.
