Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a substituted primary amine, using benzonitrile and its derivatives as a raw material, nano porous palladium as a catalyst, and hydrogen gas as a hydrogen source, so as to prepare the substituted primary amine, by means of selectively hydrogenating, wherein the molar concentration of the benzonitrile and its derivatives in the solvent is 0.01-2 mmol/mL, the molar ratio of the benzonitrile and its derivatives to the catalyst is 1 : 0.01-1 : 0.5; the pore skeleton size of the nano porous palladium is 1 nm-50 nm; and the pressure of hydrogen gas is 0.1-20.0 MPa. The method has the following advantageous effects: a high selectivity of the resulting product, very mild reaction conditions, with no additive, simple operation and post-treatment, good catalyst reproducibility, with no significantly reduced catalytic effect after repeated uses, providing a possibility for industrialization.
