Abstract:
A method for preparing uridine 5'-diphosphate (UDP), a salt thereof or a hydrate thereof, of the present invention, comprises the steps of: (step 1) deionizing a salt of uridine 5'-monophosphate (UMP) represented by chemical formula 2a with an acid, thereby preparing UMP represented by chemical formula 2a; (step 2) reacting UMP represented by chemical formula 2a with a tertiary amine, a carbodiimide-based condensing agent and imidazole, thereby preparing uridine-5'-phosphoroimidazolide represented by chemical formula 2b; and (step 3) reacting uridine-5'-phosphoroimidazolide represented by chemical formula 2b with a monophosphorylating agent and a tertiary amine, thereby preparing UDP represented by chemical formula 3a, a salt thereof or a hydrate thereof. Therefore, the present invention can simplify a process by not performing deionization using an ion-exchange resin, and can be commercially and effectively used by performing mass production with a relatively simple process without separate production equipment.
