Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing water kimchi for dieting, the water kimchi being made by mixing various dieting materials in mineral ion activated water. When water kimchi for dieting, prepared according to the present invention, is ingested, balanced nutrition supply provided by watery kimchi, phytochemical components provided from important mushroom extracts, medicinal herb extracts, herb extracts and herbal powders, and activated mineral components provided by the mineral ion aqueous solution maintain the homeostasis of health maintenance, and thus enable healthy and continuous dieting.
