Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for processing a suction tube that allows easy bending of a suction tube while maintaining the shape of the cross-section of the suction tube, and not flattening the cross-section. [Solution] This processing method for bending a suction tube 1 that is made of a thermoplastic resin and is attached to a pump dispenser P comprises: a heating step A for heating the suction tube 1 while the pump dispenser P is secured in place; an insertion step B for inserting a coil spring 2 into the suction tube 1; a bending step C for bringing a bending roller 4 into contact with the suction tube 1 and bending the suction tube 1 so that the tube conforms to the bending roller 4; a cooling step D for cooling the suction tube 1; and an extraction step E for pulling the coil spring 2 out from the suction tube 1.
