Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for processing a system exception, a server and a computer-readable storage medium, wherein the method comprises: receiving system exception information, and extracting characteristics of the system exception information; according to the characteristics of the system exception information, acquiring, from an expert knowledge base or by means of a system exception information solving module, a solution for the system exception information; according to the solution for the system exception information, compiling an over-the-air technology (OTA) upgrade package corresponding to the system exception information; and pushing the over-the-air technology (OTA) upgrade package to a terminal device according to a source and an involved range of the system exception information. According to the embodiments of the present invention, when a system exception state occurs, a terminal device is enabled to acquire an OTA upgrade package for the system exception state in a timely manner, so that a system exception problem of the terminal device is solved.
