Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing an ADM collagen fiber, an ADM collagen fiber produced thereby, and an apparatus for producing an ADM collagen fiber, and more particularly, to a method for producing an ADM collagen fiber, the method comprising a step for extruding an acidic ADM collagen solution into a basic solution to form a filament. According to the present invention, there is an effect of providing: a method for producing an ADM collagen fiber; an ADM collagen fiber produced thereby; and an apparatus for producing an ADM collagen fiber, wherein a collagen solution raw material of a desired concentration can be prepared by directly crushing an ADM collagen shell, and thus the manufacturing cost and time are minimal and economic efficiency and productivity are high, mass production is possible with a continuous process apparatus having a simple structure, and ADM collagen fibers of various thicknesses and properties and having a high degree of usefulness can be produced due to the wide concentration range of the collagen solution raw materials that can be used.
