Abstract:
This method for producing a copper powder is characterized by comprising: a first step wherein copper particles are reduced in water with use of at least one compound that is selected from the group consisting of potassium borohydride, sodium borohydride and lithium borohydride; a second step wherein the copper particles are cleaned with water after the first step; a third step wherein the copper powder obtained in the second step is cleaned with at least one compound that is selected from the group consisting of ether compounds and alcohol compounds; and a fourth step wherein the copper powder obtained in the third step is brought into contact with an organic acid solution in which at least one compound that is selected from the group consisting of ether compounds and alcohol compounds is used as a solvent.
