Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing an eyeglass lens, the method comprising: determining the position of each of at least three marks such that a center position of a frame shape can be specified on the basis of the marks; putting each of the marks at the determined position; calculating, with reference to the center position, the shape of a non-optical surface of a semifinished lens when the non-optical surface is processed according to a prescription; and processing the non-optical surface into the calculated shape with reference to the center position. The at least three marks include a pair of marks located on a first straight line passing through the center position, and one mark located on a second straight line orthogonal to the first straight line and passing through the center position when the semifinished lens is viewed from an optical axis direction.
