Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fiber-reinforced resin substrate suitable in terms of adhesiveness, mechanical properties, and productivity. The present invention pertains to a method for producing a fiber-reinforced resin substrate containing components [A], [B], and [C], wherein at least a discharging step, a first impregnation step, a second impregnation step, and a recovering step are carried out continuously in sequence while running component [A]. [A] is a reinforcing fiber; [B] is a thermoplastic resin; [C] is a thermosetting resin; is a step for discharging a continuous reinforcing fiber sheet containing component [A]; is a step for impregnating one surface of the continuous reinforcing fiber sheet with one of component [B] and component [C] to obtain a fiber-reinforced resin intermediate in which one of component [B] and component [C] is disposed on a first surface thereof; is a step for impregnating a second surface on the opposite side from the first surface with the other of component [B] and component [C] to obtain a fiber-reinforced resin substrate; and is a step for recovering the fiber-reinforced resin substrate.
