Abstract:
A method for producing a fibrin sheet containing at least one selected from the group consisting of cells and drugs in fibrin gel, in which the method for producing a fibrin sheet includes a step 1 for dropwise application of a fibrinogen solution containing at least one selected from the group consisting of cells and drugs and fibrinogen to the surface of a base material comprising a gelatin hydrogel, a step 2 for adding thrombin to the fibrinogen solution on the base material surface, a step 3 for bringing into contact and placing a support film on the upper surface of the fibrinogen solution with the thrombin added, a step 4 for forming a fibrin sheet containing the at least one selected from the group consisting of cells and drugs in fibrin gel by reacting fibrinogen and thrombin between the base material and the support film, and a step 5 for dissolving the base material at a temperature of or higher than the dissolution temperature of the gelatin hydrogel and separating the fibrin sheet supported by the support film from the base material.
