Abstract:
A flexible mold substrate 1 which is rolled up so as to be endless is equipped with an intermediate sheet 2 and first and second resin sheets 3, 5 which are respectively adhered to both principal surfaces of the intermediate sheet 2 with first and second adhesive layers 4, 6 interposed therebetween. The intermediate sheet 2 is equipped with first and second spacer sheets 7, 8 made from a resin and respectively positioned at one end and the other end thereof in the rolling direction, and a glass sheet 9 positioned between the spacer sheets 7, 8.
