Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/070507
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a high-purity glycoside compound. The present invention provides a method for producing a glycoside compound of formula (3) (in the formula, Ba, i-Pr, and n are as defined below) by reacting a glycoside compound of formula (1) (in the formula, Ba represents an adenine group optionally substituted by an acyl group and i-Pr represents an isopropyl group.) and an ether compound of formula (2) (in the formula, R1 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group or a phenyl group, and n represents 0 or 1.) in at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of tetrahydropyran and 4-methyltetrahydropyran in the presence of one or more halogenating agents selected from the group consisting of halogens, N-halogenated succinimides, and N-halogenated hydantoins.
