Abstract:
The present application provides a method for producing graphene quantum dots by means of intercalation of graphite nanoparticles and continuous exfoliation in an aqueous solution. The production method has a short processing time, and graphene quantum dots produced using the production method have a uniform size and shape, a minimized number of defects, and improved electronic properties.
