Abstract:
A method for producing a hemp blended single yarn according to the present invention may include: a filament blending step in which, in order to increase the collection capability of a hemp fiber due to the three-dimensional chain structure of a latent and potential crimped yarn fiber, the latent and potential crimped yarn fiber is passed together with the hemp fiber through an opener to produce a blended fiber into which 10% to 60% of the latent and potential crimped yarn fiber is blended; a sliver step in which the blended fiber, after being carded by being passed through a carding machine, is passed through a stretching device without performing a combing process, and is thereby stretched to produce a sliver; and a step in which the sliver is supplied to a twisting means by being passed through a plurality of rollers as a roving, and a composite filament yarn composite-twisted to have a structure in which a low-stretchability filament is wrapped around a high-stretchability filament is supplied as a core yarn to a twisting means without being passed through the plurality of rollers.
