Abstract:
A first laminate in which a prepreg containing reinforcing fibers and a resin is layered is processed to form a second laminate including a flat portion in at least one side edge portion and a corrugated portion along a longitudinal direction in a section adjacent to the side edge portion, and an intermediate product is shaped from the second laminate with a shaping mold such that the flat portion constitutes an inner-side bent portion having a short peripheral length within a curved portion and the corrugated portion constitutes an outer-side bent portion having a long peripheral length within the curved portion.
