Abstract:
Provided is a technology for achieving the benefits of amino silane addition such as suppressed burr generation and improved weld strength and for achieving the benefits of drastically eliminating residual matter such as unreacted starting materials when producing polyarylene sulfide resin compositions. The positions of the plasticizing section and pressurizing section of the screw disposed in the cylinder of the extruder and the position of the vents provided in the cylinder are adjusted. In the invention, water is infused in the pressurizing section. It is also preferable that the pressurizing section has sealing rings at both ends thereof. A screw with multiple pressurizing sections can be used in the present invention.
