Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a purely naturally dyed apparel product with comprehensive healthcare functions, the method comprising the following steps: S1. selecting a natural antibacterial material; S2. processing same before dyeing; S3. selecting a natural dye and preparing a natural dyeing solution; S4. performing pure natural dyeing; S5. processing after dyeing; and S6. sewing, pressing, and packaging. By dyeing a natural antibacterial material with a natural dye containing a polyphenol component and a high-viscosity natural dye during a purely natural dyeing process, apparel products such as towels, underpants, brassieres, home clothes, socks, paper diapers, and spunlace non-woven fabrics for facial masks are endowed with comprehensive healthcare functions such as natural bacterial resistance, oxidation resistance and physiological activities. The method has a strong technical coherence, a strong comprehensiveness, and product innovation, and can realize ecological green production. The product has the advantages of being natural and healthy, and having strong comprehensive healthcare functions.
