Abstract:

Provided is a method for producing a refined fat/oil capable of efficiently obtaining a fat/oil having sufficiently reduced contents of MCPDs and glycidols. The method for producing a refined fat/oil includes a contact treatment that brings white clay and a zeolite into contact with a fat/oil.
