Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a reinforced paper straw. The method comprises the following steps: S1, unrolling, involving: respectively putting rolls of raw materials, that is, bottom-layer paper, middle-layer paper and outer-layer paper, on corresponding unrolling rollers of a paper rotating loading machine, and unrolling same; S2, gluing, involving: the unrolled bottom-layer paper, middle-layer paper and outer-layer paper flowing into a gluing device, and the gluing device gluing both sides of the middle-layer paper and gluing a bottom side of the outer-layer paper; S3, bundling, involving: the glued bottom-layer paper, middle-layer paper and outer-layer paper flowing into a forming device with a rotary wheel, and the three being bundled and pasted into a cylindrical shape; and S4, cutting, involving: the three flowing to a device for cutting same into strips, and cutting same according to a preset length. The strength of the reinforced paper straw manufactured according to the method meets a usage requirement, the straw will not soften, and the thickness and number of rolls of paper for manufacturing a paper straw may be reduced, thereby reducing the ratio and amount of paper used in production. The reinforced paper straw may replace current mainstream plastic straws, and is environmentally friendly, and a used paper straw can degrade more rapidly.
