Abstract:

Provided is a method for producing a rubber crawler that makes it possible to suppress the deformation of the tension member that can occur during production. A method for producing a rubber crawler 1 is provided with a step for obtaining rubber projections 4, 5 having semi-vulcanized surfaces 4a, 5a by vulcanizing unvulcanized rubber RR in such a way that a semi-vulcanized state remains, a step for obtaining a main body 2 having semi-vulcanized surfaces 2c, 2d by vulcanizing unvulcanized rubber RR in which a tension member 3 is buried in such a way that a semi-vulcanized state remains, and a step for integrating the rubber projections 4, 5 and main body 2 by vulcanization after positioning the rubber projections 4, 5 and main body 2.
