Abstract:
The present invention relates to method for producing salt free of impurities, and salt produced thereby The method for producing salt free of impurities according to the present invention comprises the process of inserting salt into a heat-resistant toughened glass container, heating at the temperature of 1,350-1,420⁰C, and then cooling and pulverizing. The present invention, according to the described process, heats salt in a heat-resistant toughened glass container that can withstand high temperatures to melt and then cool the salt, thereby removing residual impurities and toxic substances therein to produce salt that is beneficial to health.
