Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a steviol glycoside. The present invention provides a method for producing a steviol glycoside. The present invention provides: a transformant having a steviol glycosyltransferase gene introduced therein; and a method for producing a steviol glycoside using the transformant.
