Abstract:
A method for producing surface compression-enhanced ultra-stable solid wood floor heating floor boards. While surface compression of a floor board or a base material is enhanced, wood is subject to a primary stability treatment by means of controlling the temperature of a hot-pressing plate to obtain compression-enhanced wood, then the compression-enhanced wood is placed into a heat treatment tank, and the compression-enhanced wood is subject to a secondary stability treatment by means of controlling steam or air pressure, temperature and treatment time in the heat treatment tank to obtain a finished product.
