Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing a transparent electroconductive film that contains a metal nanowire and yet has a low electroconductive anisotropy. The method for producing a transparent electroconductive film according to the present invention is for producing a transparent electroconductive film comprising a substrate and a transparent electroconductive layer disposed on one side of the substrate, the method including: a coating step in which, while the substrate which is long is conveyed, a composition for forming a transparent electroconductive layer containing a metal nanowire is applied onto the substrate to form a coating layer; and an air blowing step in which air is blown from above the coating layer. According to one embodiment, the air blowing in the air blowing step includes blowing air in the direction approximately perpendicular to the surface of the coating layer.
