Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing tungsten-carbide titanium composite carbide, comprising: a mixing step of preparing a reaction mixture by mixing a reducing agent powder with tungsten trioxide, titanium dioxide, and carbon each having a powder state in an inert atmosphere; a synthesis step of obtaining the reaction product by heating the reaction mixture at a temperature of 600-1200 ℃; and a washing step of washing the reaction product with water. In the method for producing tungsten carbide titanium powder, reduction and carburization are simultaneously performed under a relatively low temperature, and composite carbide of tungsten titanium can be produced with uniform shape and particle size.
