Abstract:
This method for producing turbine vane includes a brazing step in which, in a state in which the substrate of a turbine vane having a brazing material positioned thereupon is positioned within a predetermined furnace having a heater, the heater is operated to heat the substrate to a first temperature, thereby melting the brazing material and bonding the same to the substrate; an annealing step performed after the brazing step, in which the heater is stopped, thereby lowering the furnace temperature and cooling the substrate; and a solid solution treatment step performed after the annealing step, in which the substrate is heated to a second temperature lower than the first temperature, to improve the ductility of the substrate.
