Abstract:
Provided are: a method for producing an ultra-fine bubble-containing liquid which can be effectively utilized because a high-concentration UFB is maintained for a long period of time; an ultra-fine bubble-containing liquid; and a method and a device for utilizing ultra-fine bubbles. To this end, a method for producing an ultra-fine bubble-containing liquid comprises: a step for generating ultra-fine bubbles; and a dispersion step for dispersing the ultra-fine bubbles. In the step for generating ultra-fine bubbles, the ultra-fine bubbles are generated in a liquid by making a heating element generate heat to cause film boiling at the interface between the liquid and the heating element. In the dispersion step, by applying vibrations to water in which aggregates including at least two ultra-fine bubbles 11 float, the aggregates are dispersed in a plurality of ultra-fine bubbles.
