Abstract:
The present invention reduces energy derived CO2 through effective use of CO2 that is in exhaust gas from a cement production facility and that is not derived from fossil fuel, by converting CO2 in exhaust gas from a cement production facility or CO2 separated and recovered from the exhaust gas, into valuable substances such as urea, salicylic acid, cyclic carbonates, polypropylene carbonates, polycarbonate ethers, formic acid, inorganic carbonates, methanol, organic acids, organic carbonates, alcohols, aldehydes, and dimethyl ether.
