Disclosed are a method for providing an electronic document through a chatbot, and a method and an apparatus for creating an electronic document through a chatbot, and a method for providing an electronic document through a chatbot, according to one embodiment of the present application, comprises the steps of: receiving a chatting input linked to an electronic document from a user terminal; generating the electronic document on the basis of the chatting input; and providing the generated electronic document to the user terminal.
