Provided is a method for providing an identity analysis service using a standard genomic map for each nationality, ethnicity, and race, the method comprising: a sampling step of producing genotype information from a DNA sample extracted from a subject; a step of mapping the genotype information to an already established standard genomic map for each nationality, ethnicity, and race, and then comparing sequences to extract variants; a step of aligning a degree of similarity between the genotype information of the subject and the standard genomic map for each nationality, ethnicity, and race on the basis of a sequence mapping rate and a variant rate; and a step of deriving an identity including nationality, ethnicity, and race of the subject on the basis of the aligned degree of similarity.
