Abstract:
Provided is a method for purifying soil and groundwater contaminated with chlorinated ethylene, by injecting chlorinated ethylene-degrading bacteria into the soil and groundwater and performing purification using an in-situ bioaugmentation method, wherein the soil temperature is maintained at 15-30°C for the proliferation of the chlorinated ethylene-degrading bacteria, and then maintained at 32-34°C.
