The present invention relates to a method of quantifying a target substance by grafting a glucose meter and a cell-free protein reaction, wherein the method of quantifying a target substance, according to the present invention, can quantify a target substance with high efficiency at a low cost and in a short time, and therefore can be utilized in various industries.
