Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of modification and extraction of natural compounds. Disclosed is a method for realizing a high value for a stevioside mother liquor sugar. According to the present invention, lactase is used to catalyze the hydrolysis of stevioside with high specificity so as to transform stevioside into sweet tea glucoside which can usually be only obtained from sweet tea leaves. Meanwhile, the stevioside in the mother liquor sugar is transformed, the polarity difference between the sweet tea glucoside and rebaudioside A is far more than that of stevioside and the rebaudioside A; therefore, it is easier to separate the rebaudioside A from the mother liquor sugar. The technology provided by the present invention is also applicable for the high value of the mixed steviol glycoside containing stevioside, and helps separating the rebaudioside A therefrom.
