Abstract:
Provided are a method for receiving a positioning reference signal, and a related device. A first communication device receives positioning reference signal (PRS) indication information from a second communication device, wherein the PRS indication information is used for indicating a time-frequency resource available to a PRS and/or a time-frequency resource not available to the PRS; and the first communication device determining, according to the PRS indication information, a time-frequency resource occupied by the PRS. On the basis of the technical solution, it may not be necessary to separately perform division to obtain a dedicated time domain resource for a PRS, and it is only necessary to notify a first communication device of a time-frequency resource available to a PRS of an access network device and/or a time-frequency resource not available to the PRS thereof.
