Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for replacing a steam generator in a nuclear reactor, comprising: a step for installing a plurality of hydraulic devices on a forged anchor plate and a bearing plate; a step for installing a sliding base on the hydraulic devices; a step for setting and aligning a steam generator on the sliding base; a step for aligning minute gaps using the hydraulic devices; and a step for connecting pipes of the steam generator through welding, monitoring the displacement generated in the welding connection process, and performing installation while compensating for the displacement in real time by making use of a displacement sensor and the hydraulic devices, wherein the step for aligning the minute gaps using the hydraulic devices includes: lifting a hydraulic device below the sliding base; setting the steam generator on the sliding base while lifting and lowering the steam generator; lowering the hydraulic device again after setting the steam generator; and lifting the hydraulic device again by an inverse displacement in consideration of the amount of shrinkage of the sliding base while the steam generator is connected.
