Abstract:
A method for reprocessing recycled carbon fibers, the method comprising the following steps: preparing recycled carbon fibers into a recycled carbon fiber mat body (1); cleaning and drying the recycled carbon fiber mat body to remove surface impurities; and connecting lugs (2) to the two ends of the recycled carbon fiber mat body, connecting same to a power supply via the lugs and then performing high-voltage processing, taking down the lugs after processing, and cleaning and drying same to complete the method. Compared with the prior art, the method has a wide application range and can be suitable for carbon fiber products which have different resin residues and are recycled by using different methods. Meanwhile, same also has a short processing time, which can ensure the improvement of the performance of the carbon fibers with a lower energy consumption.
