Abstract:
Provided is a method for separating and purifying fetal nucleated red blood cells. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: cracking nuclear-free red blood cells in a peripheral venous blood sample of a pregnant woman; adding a cell immobilization reagent into the cracked blood sample; and separating cells from the blood sample on which cell immobilization has been carried out, so as to obtain fetal nucleated red blood cells. Also provided is a reagent kit for separating and purifying fetal nucleated red blood cells from a peripheral venous blood sample of a pregnant woman. The method improves the yield and the purity of separated target cells, thereby laying a good foundation for subsequent various analyses.
