Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a method for setting a metal composite plate sinusoidal roll-type corrugated roller seam, comprising: according to specification data of a given process, respectively determining the inlet thickness, outlet thickness, width, and rolling temperature of a metal plate blank that is hard to deform and a metal plate blank that is easy to deform; detecting the roller rotation speed and the metal composite plate blank inlet speed, and acquiring the nominal radius of a corrugated roller and radius of a flat roller, and the friction factor between the corrugated roller and the metal plate blank that is hard to deform, and between the flat roller and the metal plate blank that is easy to deform; determining the amplitude of the sinusoidal roll-type corrugated roller and the number of complete sinusoidal corrugations on the roller, and calculating the time required for rolling a complete waveform; using minimisation of the total power function of the rolling deformation area to calculate the rolling force at any time during the metal composite plate sinusoidal roll-type corrugated rolling process; and calculating the corrugated roller seam S at any time t on the basis of the rolling force F, setting the roller seam of the rolling mill to S on the basis of the actual rolling process, and carrying out normal production.
